Bayshore Cafe in Nortd Fort Myers

There is a consistent theme throughout these reviews and this is another example of how a rude and disrespectful waitress can give the whole restaurant a bad name. From ignoring us, to the muttering and complaining, she insisted on showing her true colors of racial intolerance and preferential treatment to those of a similar hue. Down to the last minute of assisting others who were behind us in line before allowing us the pleasure of paying for a sorry excuse for a meal, to our walking out the door, this waitress treated us with contempt and disdain. It might be illegal to post signs keeping out those you dont want in your establishment, but with this reception and attitude from the server and management, I don't think that will be necessary. All in all, this place just leaves a bad taste in your mouth.

Been here 2 times with my 9 year old and we both enjoyed it. Food is great and staff is courteous. Would recommend to anyone looking for a nice homecooked meal.

Good food, good pricing and a real nice attentive staff. Monday morning bike ride breakfast stop. I don't ride, but I sure do breakfast with them!!!

Good stuff!

Food is ok. The best are burger and fries. But don’t dare go in during lunch “rush” they need another or a new front counter woman. She gets entirely too stressed out over the couple of people coming in at once and simply can not handle it.

Good breakfast food. This restuarant is a little hole in the wall. When we visited, they were very busy. One negative is there isn't any room to wait to be seated.

Service was fantastic! Suzy is the one you should request! Food was amazing you. Bisquits and gravy were to die for. Grits and pancakes will also leave You satisfied!

Breakfast was very good, Veggie Omelet, grits and toast! 1st time eating here but I will be back.

This place is amazing. I can't say enough good things about them. Food is always on point and made exactly as you ask for it. Waitress is phenomenal its always the same one! Fast service, good prices, amazing service. HIGHLY Recommended!

For my first visit I had simply a bacon and egg toasted Rye breakfast sandwich with no cheese and I got to tell you, it was delicious! The waitress that helped me was appetit lady with red highlights in her hair and she had the most wonderful and friendly disposition. The atmosphere is very relaxed and has pictures of on Cinema actors on the walls and a terracotta ceiling leading to the hallway to the bathroom so, it's kind of a different and weird look but the breakfast sandwich was delicious and I look forward to coming back this weekend to try the pizza that I hear it's so delicious!

My husband and I had been wanting to try out this restaurant because it has such good reviews and we were finally able to catch a time when it wasn't so busy so we had lunch there. I have to say it is really good, our waitress was very pleasant, friendly and even entertaining with her sense of humor. My husband had the cheeseburger plate and I just had a BLT but everything was so good. I had some of his fries and they were so tasty. I asked the waitress what made them so good and different from your run of the mill fries and her answer was, " it's an ancient Chinese secret", so she wasn't telling but they sure are good. My BLT was wonderful and my husband really enjoyed his cheeseburger. We want to go back and have breakfast because they have a great menu and like the waitress told us, they have everything but waffles on there and that is true. We had a great experience and can"t wait to go back!

Nice and cozy place, friendly people and a pretty killer quesadilla.

Went in with a friend to place a to go order, stood at the counter, was first ignored then told by the lady with the bob that she had three tables and a to go order. She seemed annoyed that we were there and was all around rude. I’ve ate here plenty of times and have never been treated like such dirt. The younger waitress with the glasses is cool, but I won’t be coming back to this place. Thanks bob lady

Service wasn't bad. Food was.. like a teen trying to cook for the first time. Dry French toast, soggy eggs, potatoes weren't terrible but could be improved. Maybe let them cook a little longer?? Coffee and water were spot on

Food, prices, service and decor are great. They just need a bigger place.
